1. What kinds of snacks do you like to eat?

Well, to be honest, I am pretty keen on fruits and some biscuits or something like that for snacks as they can lower my food craving and provide me more energy to study at school. However, recently, I don't graze between meals as usual because I would like to encourage weight loss.


2. Is it healthy to eat snacks?

Well, from my own perspective, it really depends on what snack it is. If you are hungry it's perfectly fine to eat some fruits. They are actually pretty conducive to your health. However, other eat some junk food such as potato chips, they are

really harmful to your health.

3. Do your parents allow you to eat snacks?

Yes, desfinitely. When I was a little girl, my mother often prepared healthy snacks for me to soothe my hungry. My snacks include biscuit, fruit juice which are very nutritious and healthy. It is no surprise when I got my parent's approval.

4. What was the most popular snack when you were young?

To speack frankly, biscuit, chocolate gained the most popularity when I was a little girl. I bet they are still among the top choices when it comes to snacks for little kids since most of them have sweet teeth.
